As a local entrepreneur, running a business in Singapore something you know well. When it comes to setting up a new company, you’ve got most things covered... but you recognise the benefits of engaging a professional firm’s help. A good start is a great advantage.
Our Easy Package is perfect for local entrepreneurs and small business owners who are keen to outsource the set-up and administration of their new company to professionals. The Easy Package is also suitable for sole director/sole shareholder companies, that need another local person on board as the Company Secretary.
The Easy Package includes everything you need to incorporate and maintain a new company for the first year of operations, without any unnecessary extras or hidden costs. You can add-on further business support services if you like, but we’ll leave that up to you. No pressure.
And, perhaps we should mention here, we can incorporate your new company within 1-2 days, so you can line up your interview with the bank and be up and running your business within a week!
Step 1. Send a request here for one of our company formation consultants to contact you.
Step 2. Receive an email from us, or a download link from one of our partners, containing Company Incorporation Data Collection & KYC forms for you to fill out.
A little bit of paperwork...
Step 3. Send us your completed forms, together with a scanned copy your NRIC (with address details up-to-date), and for any other local directors and shareholders. For your foreign directors and shareholders, we will require a copy of their passport and proof of current address. If the company has a corporate shareholder, we will advise you on the company documents required, likewise, if the foreign directors/shareholders will not be present in Singapore to meet with us or for the bank account opening.
Step 4. On receipt of all the completed forms and documents listed above, our compliance team will carry out a compliance review.
NB: Depending on the business of the new company, additional documents related to the directors, shareholders, and the activities of the new Company may be required on a case to case basis for KYC purposes and to assess whether any licensing is required.
Step 5. Following a satisfactory compliance report, we will send you our tax invoice for payment.
Step 6. Upon the settlement of our invoice and your confirmed job order, we will prepare and email you the relevant Company incorporation documents for signing, scanning and return to us (or, we would be happy to meet with you at our office where you can also fire away any questions you might have). With your go-ahead, we will also proceed to reserve your chosen company name with ACRA.
Step 7. Immediately (i.e. within the same day) following receipt of your complete, signed, set of Singapore company incorporation documents, we will register your new company with ACRA.
